Rachel believes yoga can change the world and she has dedicated her professional life to sharing the wisdom of the practice with others. As a body-centered psychotherapist, trauma specialist and yoga teacher Rachel strives to hold space for transformation and healing.
Her classes foster a heart-mind connection through creative sequences inspired by psychology, neurobiology, nature and yoga philosophy. Guiding her students and clients toward building a strong sense of self rooted in compassion and gratitude is Rachel's dharma and she is continuously captivated with the process of healing.
