Facilitator Profile

In each of Natalie's classes, she supports students as they strengthen personal agency over their body and practice. As a teacher she believes her main responsibility is to act as a guide for students to connect with their own inherent wisdom. Natalie took her first yoga class over 20 years ago, but it took about 10 years of casual practice before she was ready to commit to the life of a serious student. In 2012, Natalie was certified to teach yoga, and since then she has also received her 500hr certification. She was also trained in clinical massage therapy at The Soma Institute in Chicago, in the art of Thai massage at The Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand and with Ohm Rinraya of Omsala in Chiang Mai. Natalie shares Restorative and gentle yoga, thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa classes, meditation and yoga nidra. Regardless of the style, Natalie’s classes are welcoming, engaging and vibrant. She brings trauma informed and psych sensitive perspective into each of her classes and is also certified to teach the TBI community through Love Your Brain Yoga. Why are you excited about Inner Sense Healing Arts Collective?

Because the people who dreamt up and made Inner Sense Healing Arts a reality are so thoughtful, aware and awesome. I am beyond honored and excited to get to work with ISHA's founders and the incredible team of healers and teachers they have assembled! I am also really excited to bring everything ISHA has to offer into Avondale, a really great neighborhood.


Art of Relaxation

Art of Relaxation is a celebration of self care. This class will blend the healing power of self massage, Restorative yoga poses, relaxing breathing practices and guided meditation. This class is appropriate for anyone who would like to practice relaxing.

Gentle Yoga & Nidra

Monday, 12:00 - 1:15pm

Gentle Yoga is ideal for anyone wanting to take it easy while revitalizing body and mind. This class will begin with a gentle flowing yoga practice and conclude with Yoga Nidra, a powerful and relaxing guided meditation that creates a sense of inner wholeness and rejuvenation.


Tuesday, 10:00 - 11:15am

Restorative yoga utilizes the strategic placement of props to foster support and encourage relaxation and recovery. This class will also incorporate breathing and visualization techniques. Restorative Yoga is appropriate for anyone looking for a gentle & quiet yoga experience, folks who are healing from injuries, and yogis wanting to create balance within and deepen their yoga practice.
