Mona Luna guides women who are seeking a deeper understanding of their wild nature. Through her yoga classes, women's circles, writing, and coaching, she creates space for a loving discovery and remembrance of who you are beneath the masks you've worn and the walls you've built. She is your cheerleader to step into the world with the courage to live a life that is truly yours.
Mona is a yoga teacher, women's circle leader, writer, life coach, photographer, and web designer. She lives in Chicago and loves reading, learning, being in nature, and talking with friends about their wildest dreams.

Why are you excited about Inner Sense Healing Arts Collective?
It's a non-profit founded by 5 women and there's a huge variety of classes! I love the tiered pricing. The price of yoga was always a barrier for entry and I had to wait until I had a steady, good-paying job before I went to a studio. If money were not a blocker, I could have been on a healing path much sooner!
New Moon Womxn's Circle
Once a Month near the New Moon, 3:00 - 4:30 pm
>>> beginner friendly (B)
New Moons are a time for inner reflection and setting intentions. They allow us to take a moment from our busy lives to come back into ourselves.
Join us for a gathering of the divine feminine. During our circle, we will have a visualization meditation, intention-setting, optional sharing, oracle cards, and a chance to connect with women in your community.
May our circle guide you to feel grounded in your truth, connected with yourself and your community, and inspired to fulfill your purpose.
Please bring a journal and anything you'd like to contribute to the circle (essential oils, crystals, oracle cards, etc.)
This Circle is a part of The Wild Woman Project and is open to all who identify as women.
