Megan Tatiana Convey Gómez is a Bi-Racial Latinx Aritst & Yoga Instructor based in Chicago. Through both her artistic & yoga practices she seeks to facilitate healing, to create safe space & communicate through visual tools & movement what words simply cannot. A former athlete, her commitment to teaching movement in various forms spans over a decade & she has spent ten years practicing yoga. She has studied with teachers in Chicago, Oak Park & Rome; crediting much of her personal discipline to her time studying with Tod Boman & her love of Ashtanga Yoga. Her years in the yoga community have been spent working & learning at Moksha, Turbodog Yoga, Ahimsa Yoga Studio, Chicago Prison Yoga, Primary Cross Fit & Yoga, Equinox & a variety of non-traditional yoga spaces. While Ashtanga/Vinyasa is her primary practice she also offers Beginners, Hatha & Restorative teachings. It is with great pleasure that she joins the ISHA community & is humbled by the opportunity to continue to pass down the ancient tradition of Yoga.
