Kate finished her 200hr training in 2012 and has been teaching since. Initially a power vinyasa instructor, Kate now teaches yin yoga, prenatal, ashtanga, and mindful practices. In 2016, Kate completed her 500 hr training at Moksha Yoga Center, where she studied under teachers including Rich Logan (mindful yoga), Morgan Lee (ashtanga), and the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga (85hr certification). Kate practices every style from ashtanga to kundalini to restorative. You can expect an anatomically aware, fun, and blissed out experience from all of Kate’s classes.
