As a young boy I started a light practice of yoga through VHS tapes with my mom and watching Wei Lana after school on the WTTW. I developed a very helpful meditation practice growing up from Martial Arts and rediscovered my love for yoga asana in high school and early college is when I really started getting serious and attending classes at studios. I’ve been teaching since late 2012 and have found a bountiful well of love for the practice that I know will be around to help me through the rest of my life. During my free time and in between classes you can catch me at the beaches of Lake Michigan or deep in the forests or grabbing some coffee/tea and food at a local delight.

Why are you excited about Inner Sense Healing Arts Collective?
The community seems unique in that it’s providing a culture without defining it. The space is instead being filled with the best intentions of the people around it. I love that.
